      @rommix0 The click at the start of the samples is most likely a header interpreted as sound.
      It is interesting to think that a formant TTS engine is essentially a sophisticated vocoder.

        @MariahL fucking dead. My muds soundpack contains all of these sounds but I never knew where they came from!

          @datajake1999 maybe, but even without headers you'd still get that click since sample declicking wasn't really a priority anyway.

              @datajake1999 Yeah. It's quite the common stock sound effect. In fact, every single one of these sounds are stock sound effects from sound effect libraries.
