@fireborn @gallagher123123 To be fair to Selvas though, they actually are interested in updating and maintaining their braille note takers for years, unlike certain other companies. The Windows CE-Based BrailleSense U2 got updates into 2020, and they bumped the android version of the BrailleSense 6 at least once.

Just have been so unimpressed with their support over the last few years. I will not be buying another Hims product.

I'm not complaining if this one stays on android while the BrailleNote evolve switches to windows. In my view, I think using android for certain note takers can give people a taste of the android experience. ANd wow this thing has gemini? Wow!

@alexchapman @TheQuinbox @fireborn @gallagher123123 I was discussing this in another thread. I still think the main people who will get these devices are the education market. They want a locked down closed system which allows minimal fuss and opertunities for students to mess up the device.
