It would be so cool if the #NHL had *any* officiating standards and any commitment to consistency from game to game. These playoffs in particular are just ludicrous — every team is playing hard and fast and physical, and while there are still some variations, generally speaking there are roughly the same number of callable offenses in any game.

And yet some referee squads are calling like a dozen or more penalties a game, and others, more like 3-4.
