2 tbsp butter, 1 quarter cup fresh salsa roja, hot chili oil (to taste), 1 tbsp honey
black pepper and salt to taste
Cook until the fat separates into a clear halo around the salsa roja
Toss hot onto something crispy (tofu, chicken, veggies, tater tots, fries)
Spritz of lime and cilantro if you partake
