                      @bontchev What's terrifying is how actually true this is: have you noticed that we don't have wars anymore? Oh, sure, we're aware of atrocities being committed. In fact, we're always hearing about warfare. But situations like Gaza, Ukraine, Iran? They've become a jumbled cognitive mess of "flare ups" and "excursions." It's morally disgusting and causes cultural (even personal) amnesia through language.
