      @neurovagrant In a better world than ours the mere fact that you bot slopped it would be sufficient to demonstrate that it's arbitrary and capricious, without need to quibble over the prompt quality.

        @fuzzyfuzzyfungus @neurovagrant In this case I actually see why it would be easier to go after the prompt.

        To go after the bot, you first have to legally prove the tech is shit. That's a high bar that the companies behind the tech are ready to at least turn into a war of attirition.

        To go after the prompt gives you stated criteria and motivation - something that ironically can give you much less quibbling.
