Over here Uber WAV is a choice in the Uber app for WAV's (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle)
Some of our yellow cabs in nyc are wheelchair accessible and we have a great thing called (in NYC) Access-a-Ride that you get assessed for but they take you point to point at a specific time but you (in NYC) book at least the day before. Other areas have different Access-a-Ride names & rules. Upstate in Kingston and Arizona you just ring and they come get you
