We've watched quite a lot of curling over this event.
The UK teams seem to have previously played a lot more tactical shots than they are doing this evening.

It's incredibly skillful and it's easy for me to criticise from my armchair.

@MikeFromLFE there was something of a rules hoo-ha surrounding Canada earlier in the competition.
Which is such a shame.
Not many sports interest me really, but I am a stickler for rules

If I'd have got into petanque 30 years ago I'd have been an umpire by now.
There's lots of tactical similarities between curling & petanque from what I've seen.

Canada won the gold in the #curling - I honestly think the better team won.
But, congratulations to the UK team for playing the best they could on the night
