Just an unsolicited product plug, if you’re in Western Canada. The house we bought in late 2024 has Vinyltek windows, installed during a 2010-12 renovation, and a few of them were a bit twisted out of shape or had dysfunctional open/close/lock controls. So we called up and their guy came by and fixed them all in less than an hour, no charge. https://www.vinyltek.com/
