        @babe Yes, keep the ambitious out of it. People get positions of power foisted upon them by necessity of merit instead, not through blind ambition absent of ability. This all sounds very reasonable.

                  @babe On the contrary, I think a network of anarcho-sydicalist collectives, where people take turns acting as a sort of executive officer for the week etc, is looking like an increasingly reasonable alternative.

                  Also I think it's very relevant that Arthur starts that interaction by misgendering Dennis and ends it with direct physical violence.
