        @timbray I’ve been doing Research on how to prevent this for the several hundred feet of dock we’re putting in at Ukee.

        The answer seems to be haha good luck the sea lions always win.

                  @avi Seriously, I wonder if a resident dog, medium sized, loud voiced, might do the trick. They're pretty easy to scare off. And for the right dog to it'd be kind of the ideal life.

                        @avi @timbray on Bowen, a) they have mostly left having been here since November and b) I haven’t heard a barking dog for months so, I doubt it. Maybe it works the other way.
