Over 75% of the world’s food crops need pollinators.

Yet, bee populations have dropped globally over recent decades due to:

    🔸 habitat loss
    🔸 climate change
    🔸 excessive use of pesticides

Our fertiliser plan promotes healthier ecosystems, which are essential for bees’ survival.

On this #WorldBeeDay, we urge governments, organisations and citizens to help save these precious creatures.

We need to keep our bees busy and well!

@EUCommission If you really mean this, the EC should take action to tighten the laws regarding the use of pesticides. But it seems you're planning the opposite. https://www.pan-europe.info/press-releases/2025/12/eu-commission-retreats-worst-plan-still-opens-door-unlimited-pesticide

While I support this initiative – who doesn't want less pesticides, cleaner waterways, more nature – #WorldBeeDay is about all the other bees, whose numbers are plummeting hand in hand with habitat loss. Honeybees don't need saving; that would be like saying we have to save the birds and we start with the chicken.

"Keeping hives to save bees is like keeping chickens to save birds"
            https://www.irishtimes.com/news/science/keeping-hives-to-save-bees-is-like-keeping-chickens-to-save-birds-1.4023891

"The best way to help bees? Don’t become a beekeeper like I did - When I set up my honeybee hive, I had no idea I might be harming wild bee species. Now I’ve found better ways to encourage biodiversity"
            https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2024/apr/07/help-bees-dont-become-a-beekeeper-honeybeee-hive-biodiversity

The Mastodon version would be "I installed Linux on this dandelion in my organic permaculture farm and set up a bash script that automatically extracts nectar every 6 hours"

                      Also, the bee is neurodivergent

AND lack of biodiversity due to large fields with one single type of vegetables.
Imagine of eating one single kind of food for your life; that would be a very poor nutritional diet -> not a long life.

Do you post similar things to suggest facebook, google or instagram are out of touch with reality, too?

Or, 🤔 Since you post it on mastodon, you want to show how you give in to silliness?

This is too goolge for me - , err… meta. 🤯

Another great #succesful post in that #flea #circus that is the #EU and the community manager of this account acting as a track manager.

Does the community manager ever heard about the Bayer - Monsanto rigged buying to past approval of the carcinogenic #RoundUp.

Yeah! Your fleas became giants again. 😒
