      @Sanderde To be fair a lot free market economists don't understand Adam Smith either.

        If you only consider the philosophy he expounded in “The Wealth of Nations” it’s easy to call him a conservative. However if you do the same with “The Theory of Moral Sentiments” you’d call him a liberal.

        Read both and it would appear he was somewhere in the middle.
