Hey hey after a couple of days tinkering, I have a fully working CICD system in my homelab setup using forgejo, Kubernetes and argoCD. It’s pretty nice and slick once it’s set up and actually working. I do think I pushed myself a little too hard to get it done asap. But this is how I operate.

Next I think maybe dicking around with Helm? I dunno. Honestly the hardest part of this was getting the forgejo actions and runner setup to work, Kubernetes and Argo were relatively easy in comparison. Maybe I should write up my findings.

@cobweb honestly, please do! I have forgejo running, but didn't take the step to get the runners up and working because it seemed a bit daunting
If you have the spoons, it would greatly help at least this one nerd
