@uvok I never quite understood "utc for everything". this will not at all abolish timezones, as the sun still rises at different times. it will however express differently.

but I guess you want something IT-related so.. replace the decimal with hexadecimal numbering system everywhere. why not set the world on fire while I'm at it..
