`loading="lazy"` for all media (not only <img> is awesome!

I used `preload="metadata"` meanwhile to reduce the initial payload.

@midzer @scottjehl Wich is already something… considering the the moov atom of the MP4 is at the top of the file (or else, the browser has to load more data until it finds the metadata).
