how the heck do you make this particular typographical mistake

EDIT: I have been informed that some keyboards either make this typo easy, or are inconvenient to type an apostrophe on. every day is a school day!

@gsuberland some keyboard layouts don't have the apostrophe and only make it easy to type backtick
idk which exact ones, but I know Windows "US International" does it

@gsuberland Last time I spoke with the devs, they were fairly sure they had proper handling in place everywhere, but they left the replacement just in case there's still some code from the early 2000's lurking anywhere.
