I’m serious. Really looks like you have basically an elected monarchy in there. Just never really came to light, as there was not a malignant enough narcissist in the position before.
There’s no plans. None of this makes any sense beyond just the emotional needs of a mentally unstable person plus an army of sycophantic public servants and journalists sanewashing it 24/7.

Ideology becomes whim. Do what you like as you do have to justify.

Is science a human centered endeavor?
Does it not require healthy interested humans who want to understand the world they live in to exist as an enterprise?
Does science as a cognitive project of developing consistent logical descriptions of the world we live in not require humanity to fulfill it's purpose?
Start from there.

@ELS Trump is going to destroy decades of reseach work, taking away any chance for progress in sciences if he keeps going on like this. This is even more of a crime than all his robbery of public funds.
