Maybe not exactly what you want, but if you want to disable sleep/etc completly, you can run this:

systemctl mask sleep.target suspend.target hibernate.target hybrid-sleep.target

Open terminal, and run:
sudo nano /etc/systemd/logind.conf

then make sure it contains the following, uncommented lines:

HandleLidSwitchExternalPower=ignore
HandleLidSwitchDocked=ignore

You may need to reboot to make it work.
