@Tamasg Are you aware of the bug where when voiceOver is restarted, the engine almost resets? It's like it switches to espeak style. I may have told ya this already I don't remember, but I figured I'd share it. This is on iOS. Also, why does the ending t sound like in input or cunt sound like the t is said with more tongue than needed? It's almost like a ch sound but tIfied, like clenched t. I wonder if our dear wintalker would have anything to say about the consonant, I think is the word?

@Tamasg P.S. The clenchified t is on its own, cunt. Munt. Eight. Kate. It's a bit more brighter than it used to be though, the more I listen to it in the latest update. I also noticed the breath of the t and any other breathy ending unvoiced sounds like ed in voiced, the breath isn't upsampled in 44k mode.

@danestange Good catches. The word-final T sharpness is from the stop frication fix we shipped a few builds back — it reduced the /tʃ/ confusion but may have left the burst a bit bright. Still tuning. The 44k aspiration thinness — you
nailed it. White noise spectral density wasn't compensated at higher sample rates. Just shipped a fix for that, plus the VoiceOver settings reset. Next TestFlight build will have both
