This paperwork move is something I want to bring all impoverished people, though I know keeping paperwork since age 5 isn't a privilege everybody enjoys.

@Filene You can say that again! It took me years to aquire all that documentation. School for the blind helped a lot. I took a year or 2 to myself to get almost all my stuff.
