@Gina This. The whole “how can you criticize the actions of X when their adversary Y is so horrible” is a huge false dichotomy. I can consider Hamas a terrorist organization that should be dismantled AND what happened to Gaza and the Palestinians one of the worst genocides ever. There is no dissonance there. Similar with Venezuela and Iran.

@Gina I just messaged an Iranian friend whose family are in Iran. She heard from them yesterday, so some lines of communication are still open. She tells me that her family are close enough to hear explosions. I cannot imagine how scary this must be for the Iranian people. But hey, those Epstein files won’t hide themselves.
