1. Idaho has passed the most extreme anti-trans law in the nation, a bathroom ban. The second offense would be 5 years in jail, and the 4th offense could lead to life in prison due to Idaho's 3 strikes law. It now heads to Governor Brad Little's desk. Subscribe to support our journalism.
