I can only think Will typed random numbers to simulate an IP without noticing it, and the one who insulted him got scared and apologized as he didn't feel that "anonymous."

@bazkie @H0W25 @nixCraft So easy to spot that my first thought was that it had to be some weird formatting for a phone number or something. It really confused me because it didn't even look right for that.

Honestly, even seeing it explained it feels too awkward for me to laugh. (Eg even if someone edited the numbers to look valid I still would mostly just feel confused from it.)

Well, then too, even just the joke of doxxing someone doesn't feel funny to me.
