      I use jellyfin for what you described, it works well and allows downloading pretty easily

              although the best clients i use are feishin (electron) and symfonium (proprietary & paid for on gplay) but u can get away with tempo/lineageOS music on android & uhhh the webui or some other app on the desktop? 😭
