@seabass @mir It depends on the implementation. *key federates emoji reactions as Likes with content, which will be interpreted as ordinary likes by implementations not supporting emoji reactions, whereas *oma federates them as litepub:EmojiReacts, which will just go into the void if sent to an implementation not supporting them
I reacted to your post with a
from Akkoma and a 
from my Sharkey alt account to test this. I expect the former to go into the void and the latter to be received as a like. Am I right?
