While I agree it is a dick move by the ADA, this appears to be the modus operandi how it got criminalized:
1. Make attendees sign a "code of conduct" to attend the conference.
2. Conference organizers claim passing out reprints of the editorial somehow violates the code of conduct.
3. Security tries to hustle people out. When they don't leave, security calls local cops for backup.
4. When attendees try to re-enter the conference, they are charged with trespassing.
WTF.
