When I heard the name of the first one, the first I thought of was the German coffee brand. According to Wikipedia it IS named after her, so I'd say she isn't completely forgotten.But to be clear, she is the exception on the list. And I'm sure there are a ton of other forgotten names that could go on the list too.
(The name Sobel also seems familiar, but I fon't know if that was the same Sobel).
