@PacificNic the 'why would someone choose to go to a thing that might kill them,' entirely not clicking that he's in the same boat, that it's a risk to him too, that at any point he might catch covid and get long covid and be fucked for the rest of his life, and still not making the connection of 'hey maybe the onus isn't on me to not participate in society, maybe the onus is on society to protect each other'
