I can’t stop thinking about the redistricting in TN.

    I can’t stop thinking about the redistricting in TN. My cousin, who practically lived as my only brother for years after his parents passed away, died indigent in TN. I had to dig his belongings out of insects and food waste and pay for his cremation. He was 38. There were no mental support services

      He got sicker and sicker and there were pretty much zero support services for the poor outside temperamental churches there. Public transport was dismal. He had horrible chronic health problems the ERa couldn’t address.

      I wish I could have gotten him out but he wasn’t in a mental state to consent.

      It’s super cool that a state that would let a person under 40 vanish and die in a pile of rubbish with next to no mental, physical, or living support is focusing on important stuff like making sure a couple blue dots can’t have elected representatives.

          @hacks4pancakes Oh my god. I'm so sorry for your loss. Also, one more reason why people who endorse a bs neo-secession should be quiet.
