@david_chisnall tbh seems like a good combo. (but I'm a huge fan of apricot Stilton, and that pairs well with chocolate, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

Well, in France and Spain (Pays Basque) there is Basque cheese with black cherry jam.
The jam is there for old cheese historicaly, because of the salt in it.
I like it like that with old and dry cheese. -
