First accsesibility issue found:
The code to download my digital photo from Staples is invalid.
The code that was hand-typed into my phone because--even though they send out an SMS with the link to download my digital photos--the code itself is not delivered digitally.
So, government still wins. This is the culmination of an incredibly frustrating Staples experience and I'm probably not going to go back there at all if I can help it.
I live 5 minutes from a place that is open right now and will take passport photos, so this isn't the end of the world, just irritating. And maybe this place will have a more accessible retrieval process.

@simon I once helped my mom get her electronic travel authrization to travel to Canada from the Philippines, and yeah it was quite easy to navigate, filling in all the required details and such, on iOS Safari even.
