Yesterday, @ChristineMalec and I took a ride on the new Eglinton TTc line. It's a useful thing to do to get familiar. We started at Cedarvale, went west to Keelesdale. We got out at that station and found a really good breakfast place. We then took the line East almost to Kenedy. We wanted to check out one of the stations in the middle of Eglinton. Don't know how often we'll be using the line, but knowledge is good.

@gtbray @ChristineMalec Cedarvale is what used to be Eglinton West station. I really want to know how deep that Eglinton line is. You go far down just to get to the line 1 subway. Eglinton line is quite a bit below that.

@jfayre It was like being a tourist, everything new, but without the dislocation and exhaustion!

@gtbray @jfayre @ChristineMalec yes, I keep trying to think up a reason to try that thing. a good breakfast place sounds like a good motivator

@gtbray @jfayre @ChristineMalec its a long way for me too from Main and Danforth but I don't even know where this thing is in Eglington station. It must be below the subway because I can't think of any other way they could have reconfigured that station. Bbeen a couple of years since I have been to it.

@gtbray @jfayre I'm sure there are. I'd love to but there's no talk so far of extending the available playable stations to that line, so far.
