It’s fantastic. I didn’t make it in a slow cooker, just a pot on the stove at a low simmer for two and a half hours, so if you don’t have a slow cooker you can still make it.

For me at least, it doesn’t need any garnish. So the recommendation of serving it with vegan sour cream isn’t necessary in my book, it tastes better without it.

Anyway, it’s definitely going into regular rotation for me. It’s really really good.
