Saw a patch of these on our way to dinner and we had to stop.

The bicolor lupine (Lupinus bicolor) is a particularly small lupine that does well in otherwise rough situations. Bee-friendly, small, but with a delightful blue-white flower color. They grow from BC to Baja California.
