@GeriAQuin My generation is going to pass on trillions of dollars in wealth to our families because we were union workers. We made good money. We were treated with respect and we had retirement funds.
Some of us took on additional jobs to make sure that we could not only make ends meet, but that we could save for our children’s futures.

@GeriAQuin And let’s not forget. Trump said that he would like all the immigrants he could get from Norway because y’all are white. When the fascist is gone, we will have to rebuild America, our alliances and try to regain the respect we used to have. America has been based on immigrants. We have always had a Christian nature no matter who we choose individually to call our higher power. We will go back to helping the poor, the needy around the world and welcoming all immigrants.

@GeriAQuin It was the same in the United States before Reagan busted the air traffic controllers union. We had strong unions it was worth working. Now the oligarchs can afford everything and that’s why they still think we have a good economy. None of them put gas in their car. None of them go grocery shopping because they pay others to do it for them. They pay them poorly by the way.
