I've said a few times that all Fedi posts containing polls that say "boost for better sample" (or "research" here, similar) should be required to have one of the response options be "DEWEY DEFEATS TRUMAN".

When I'm out, I only use the phone for calls or because I need to receive a text. Assuming I remembered to charge it this month.

I will on average only switch between 4 apps.
Newpipe(YouTube player), web browser, RSS feed & 2FA.

Once I want to do something like share an image it climbs to 6.

I want to share that PNG but it's too big & weighs too much.
Resize resolution -10% in FOSS Gallery.

Toss it to FFShare to convert to webp & compress 1.5 MB PNG down to 70-120 KBs with minimal loss.

To reply to calls & messages it's up to 9 between call manager, sms messaging & signal.

When I'm at home I use a real computer. When I'm out it's usually for a reason, I'm usually doing things. I might play with apps on my phone in a waiting room for a medical appointment, that's about it. Oh, apart from a large banking transaction where the app insists on taking a photo of me.
