This would give it an estimated 24.5% stake in the company, which operates 16,000 km of oil and gas pipelines and storage terminals across the United States. Alice Yang, managing director of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board's "Sustainable Energies" group, also sits on the Tallgrass board.
