pretty sure it was spun out of “increase contrast.” the net result is you can now toggle them all independently. there are new, less eye-melting possibilities now.

i really appreciate settings that make my screen scream less at my poor eyeballs.

PS: the window corners are less hideously round and drag and drop is no longer acting like it’s drunk on four loko.)
