This seems to happen a lot with "ethnic" places here, my favorite Turkish place near work came back three different ways with mostly the same people and menu.

They closed for six months before opening around the corner, but it was apparently due to landlord issues. The landlord tore down the original building and built an おしゃれ crepe shop in its place. Then there’s a Chinese place near my house that occasionally closes for about a month and reopens with completely different staff!
