All I can say is that the come-down stopped being noticeable for me. I don't know if I adjusted my habits, or adjusted my meds, or what. I really wanted to stick it out on elvanse but my doctor new better than me. The second drug I tried lasted longer and had no crash at all, and even when I eventually switched back to elvanse it lasted longer I still didn't have a crash 🤷‍♀️

I hope you have the same experience, just remember that you are at the very very beginning of a medical journey that will straighten itself out.

If it's okay, i have some unsolicited advice that has helped me a lot with the same medication. Feel free to ignore, but it's made a huge difference for me so i want to share it whenever relevant: opening the capsule and mixing the powder in with some yogurt can slow down absorption by a lot, it takes it from 4 to 6-8 hours for me with a much milder comedown
