Gyokuro (玉露), meaning "Jade Dew" or "Jewel Dew" in Japanese, perfectly captures not only the rarity of this tea (only 0.3% of all tea produced in is Gyokuro) but also its rich, intense aroma, a pure expression of umami.

Actually really loved it, but didn't know it is such a rare and special thing.
Have to look if they still offer it!
