What's about software/hardware transparency so that EVERYONE can proof that software/hardware works as expected and aligned with EU laws? The EU market is big enough to push such!
What's about EU data sovereignty so that ONLY WE Europeans decide what data to collect and where to store. No sharing for cheap reasons or out of political subservience!

Tangible benefits for citizens while making it easier to kidnap their children? You are handing the location, IDs, and mental state of vulnerable children to abusers.
