1) #Aikido seminar was better than I even expected.
2) Lunch with Aikido friend & his partner was delicious and it was a fun visit. First time we’ve hung out away from the dojo, and as I suspected my spouse & kiddo loved them.
3) #Gym visit with kiddo & spouse, got to share with kiddo an exercise to help with swimming flip-turns.
