I am now of the opinion that everyone with testicles should get a vasectomy at 18 and have it reversed if they want kids so bad. If I had known this was going to be so trivial, that's what I would've done and spared every partner I've ever had from the burden of birth control. This is ridiculous. It was 1.5 days ago and I already can't find the incision site.

Presumably even more reliable if we did them with that in mind. But there are so many people here that have had it reversed—my girlfriend knows them (because she’s a family doctor that delivers a significant proportion of the babies here and hears those stories). But even if it weren’t, you can have the sperm extracted and used in IVF.
