It worked quite well.

As far as homeless people sleeping in the lockers it happened occasionally but didn’t seem to be a deal breaker. The transit agency required users to sign an agreement and use locks provided by the agency, so the only time a locker was unsecured was in between leases.

The door just slides over and then the two holes are aligned and you pass a lock through. There was also a long cable inside to go through the bike frame if you have a second lock.

Couldn't a person lift that lock, turn the loop 90° to the right, and open the door halfway?
