I was not trying to be cute. I, honestly, was not aware that this site was alienating to minorities. I was wondering in what ways it is annoying to minorities. With that, what I could do to make it less so.

if racial dynamics confuse you, you should read some books too.

You also make this place generally more accessible. It might not feel like it to the average techie, but some people feel you practically need a CS degree to be on here with how complicated the experience can be.
