This serves two purposes:

  1. They need to see their personal and work communications and schedules in the same window. This is essential, for example, to avoid double-booking themselves.

  2. They need to be able to gradually transition between their old personal accounts and their new, as they update contact information with one person, business, nonprofit, and government agency at a time.

For services, this requires a local SMTP, IMAP, CalDAV, and CardDAV bridge (or, for mobile devices lacking support for this, a self-hosted bridge and a VPN to which).

What options provide this capability?

Their free 10GB plan is really good and paid starts at 50GB - 2.50€/mo.

All your photos are e2ee, which means only you can access them. Even if ente's servers got hacked the attackers would only see random crap.
They have all the features you mentioned and more (didn't try Chromecast, but they do have something similar using a browser).
