Agree that area is not same as population, and I’ll edit my alt text to make that more clear. But my estimate is the driving red area covers only 2m of the 3m in Toronto. Whereas the orange covers a huge portion of Mississauga and Brampton, plus more of Toronto. I think calling that red area 4m, out of the GTA's 7m, is fair.
