I am impressed 1) this young woman hasn't had previous refusals and 2) that she had the idea of showing the Equality Act on her phone - that's brave to do while being hassled.

All the advancements on integration go very slowly, and then suddenly go back with much more speed. It's infuriating.

I'm speaking as Autistic, but I reckon it happens to most disabilities in a very similar way.
